How to Replenish System Funds (E-Cash & Load Wallet)

OPTION 1 (via Bank Deposit)

STEP 1 --> MAKE THE DEPOSIT
Deposit the desired amount you want to be loaded on your account to any GPRS Bank Accounts

STEP 2 --> NOTIFY GPRS ABOUT YOUR DEPOSIT

Give GPRS the following PAYMENT DETAILS:

1. RegCode - ex. D1234567 <-- This is your ID Number located in your Webtool Account or the ID Number you used to activate your retailers number(found at the back of the Retailer Activation Card).
2. Bank and Branch you deposited your payment.
3. Amount deposited.
4. Date deposited.
5. Reference Number<-- Found on the Deposit Slip
6. Your full name.
7. They will ask your if its for your E-CASH Funds or LOADWALLET Funds. Indicate which one.

Send an e-mail to the following email addresses listed below (TO and CC).

*Remember that there is a P25 system fee for every E-CASH Replenishment and it will deducted from the total amount you deposited. (example: if you deposit P100,025; GPRS will transfer P100,000 to your E-Cash fund.)

Just this February 23, 2012 - GPRS Launched a new way to request for System Funds Via - Webtool.
You just need to input the ff information on the space provided - There are some areas where-in there's a drop down dialog box for options.

Just hit process and your request is on its way to our Customer Service Representatives.

Upon signing-up as a GPRS Dealer - add all the YM ids of the company. One of those is specifically for System Fund Replenishment. And the YM id for that is:

Option 2 (via GPRS Dealers / Centers)

You can get E-Cash from your fellow GPRS Dealers or Centers. System Fee is also Php25. Remember that fellow GPRS Dealers might add mark-up on it.

Option 3 (via Earnings) BEST OPTION!
Want "FREE" System Funds? - Well your in luck because through the GPRS Marketing Plan Nothing is Impossible. You can convert your current commission to E-Cash. And if you need Load-Wallet you can always convert your E-Cash to Load-Wallet without extra charges - again its "FREE".
